Hi!I bought a stylish Spoom winter coat style name Queen in Finland a while ago. After haveing been wearing the coat for three short times one of the snaps went off even if handled gently. I was really very upset with this failure, because my purpose was to buy a coat for many cold winters in Finland. In my mind this is not the required quality for a 229 euro coat that is the most expensive coat I have ever bought! What is your responsibility and what do you suggest me to do now? Please advice.

Ook ik ben erg blij met mijn mooie jas, maar wat ontzettend jammer dat de knopen er bij bosjes afspringen, en dat nu al (ik heb m 3 weken) de voering op 3 plaatsen loslaat . jammer!!

Hi Spoom, ik ben echt heel blij met mijn trenchcoat, maar de stof is echt superglad. Zo glad dat de riem niet blijft zitten en dus steeds open glijdt. En omdat er geen gaatjes in zitten ben ik dus genoodzaakt hem om te knopen, zo zonde! Helemaal omdat de achterkant van de ceintuur echt duidelijk de achterkant is.

I tried on one of your coats in a shop in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Spain), but i'm not sure if it was "Frontier" coat of your collection. I wanted it in brown colour (army?), but they didn't have my size (38) in that colour, just in black.
